Welcome first time buyers to Zhejiang province in China. We try to arrange buyers to visit us and pick out their pieces personally. If they can't do so then we go by ID numbers from our website. We've found the most efficient way to do so is to establish a "Master List". We communicate with buyers by email until the proper content is reached.
